About the Business
Sands Marine & Leisure took over the 16,000 sq ft boat showrooms, watersports& chandlery shop as well as fully authorised service centre in March 2008 from CarrickCraft. The premises has been selling boats and equipment from this site for almost 40 years when set up in the early 70's by Billy Mullen (Mullen Marine). Based on the shore of Lough Neagh, the largest inland lough in the British & Irish Isles with access straight onto the water. We are well situated just one mile off the main M1 motorway at junction 10, the well known Oxford Island/Kinnego Marina turn off. The site is know as Irelands Boating Superstore with everything under one roof. Nigel(who was employed by CarrickCraft from 1999) along with Craig & Glenn Sands used to come here as boys with their father George who encouraged their love of boats. A family run styled business with attention to the customers needs the number one priority.
